Apparently, it’s ironical that most of the comments were coming from the one that doesn’t have any idea about the whole issue in the first place.

Windows 10 continues to be in talks for another wrong reason. From the launch till now, Microsoft Windows 10 gave users another reason to criticize it. Microsoft officially warned millions of users about Windows 10 update. The company states that the latest KB4501375 update may break the platform’s Remote Access Connection Manager (RASMAN) which may lead to some repercussions.

RASMAN manages and handle connectivity of Windows 10 to the internet. It is a core background task for VPN services to function normally. VPN usage has been enormous, be it from online privacy and important work tasks to unlocking Netflix and YouTube libraries. It has the potential to impact our daily usage of computer.

The company officials says, “it only affects Windows 10 (1903) – the latest version of the platform”. However, misinformation, rumors and lack of clarity spreads the news that around 50M users from around the globe will get affected through this. Tech Gurus and Pandits have already made it a big deal which gave rise to further rumors and misinformation. For instance, Gordon Kelly of Forbes already shook the internet with his scary words about Windows 10, and the lack of knowledge about the underlying technologies.

Tricky headings worked as a click bait for the publishers who tricked the readers by their bias reviews. Further, the Microsoft company issued statement which is unclear but still the company says that the disputed update is not automatic, it will be on the user’s discretion to make the decision.
