EPS 2400 has a balance of properties that can support manufacturers to streamline production and decrease production times. In May 2019, Allnex Netherlands B.V. introduced SETAQUA 6799, a waterborne acrylic resin for application in joinery and decorative wood markets. Surfactant free stabilization mechanism of SETAQUA 6799 provides excellent application properties when rolled or brushed and enables comprehensive formulation latitude. Generally, in pigmented systems, this new resin can offer excellent gloss retention and superior outdoor durability performance. It is resistant to accelerated weathering and in real outdoor exposure.
